Booked in as I would be working a very late night and early morning in the west end and didn't fancy the long drive home and back to/ from the suburbs. Location was fab but even more so I was deeply impressed by the decor in the lounge. I booked mostly based off location and was a bit wary as some of the accommodation in the area is perhaps less than desirable. Not only was the lounge area gorgeous and terrifically clean, the bedroom was everything I could have possibly wanted: super comfortable bed, lovely little wash room, and I loved the alarm clock that came with charging ports for my devices. Its those little details that really make a difference. Staff were super helpful (especially as I forgot my toothbrush and they magicked up a fresh spare in under ten minutes). I also ordered a coffee up to my room first thing in the morning and it came quickly and was fantastic. There is a lift which made it a breeze for me to get up to my room at the top. I'm super impressed and will happily be booking again.

We attended a concert at Hyde Park and this was a perfect location. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet street. Check in welcoming and staff friendly. Our room on the first floor was perfectly adequate, and we had no street noise or noise from other guests in the hotel. The rooms had tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar. Plenty of toiletries. We booked a breakfast and was it was pleasantly surprised at the cost. If you are looking for a massive cooked breakfast with lots of choice you will be disappointed but it was perfect for what we wanted. Based in our experience we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel in the central location, next to the Hyde Park, Oxford and Baker streets, underground and buses, including airport ones. Many coffees, pubs and restaurants, as well as shops in the area. Our room was really spacious with a big bathroom, clean and very quite. Free WiFi worked well. In general great value for money. Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived quite early and stepped in just to drop a suitcase but got a room straight away, few hours before standard check in hours. We were also able to left a luggage after check out to enjoy last few hours in London, before heading to the airport.

Kind and friendly welcome by various people at desk; excellent location few mins walk from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, nice cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood; the room was more spacious than expected, larger than we had seen in London in the Earl's Court area in the past, and quieter than expected (double glazing); very comfortable double bed; very neat showerroom and pleasantly soft towels; good wifi, was useful for intensive teleworking. Excellent value for London. We shall book again.

The location was perfect for accessing the places we needed to go for business. Very clean, comfortable bed. Although the breakfast room on-site was closed, they gave us a voucher for breakfast at a nearby hotel (about 100 metres away) one day. The other days we opted for the Italian deli a block away which had excellent coffee and great breakfast options—was better than the hotel breakfast buffet and about the same price. The staff at the hotel were very attentive.
